Residential properties sit mostly within the villages of North and South Fawley where the estate has always had a vested interest in the community. Pretty, traditional 2 or 3 bedroom cottages form the majority of the portfolio although there are a small number of more modern houses. All properties have gardens, some are heated using our own Biomass system and pets will be considered. Our tenants have long, happy histories with the Estate, some having been in their current homes for over 20 years, but occasionally we do have vacant properties become available.
